Note: We do have a $300 deposit fee that will go toward your food cost, to hold your reservation non-refundable. Any additional cost will be determined by the request and added items will be adjusted by the food cost and of labor. Special drinks (wines, beer) are excluded from the Menu.

Spaghetti Pomodoro or Polpette-Spaghetti pasta, fresh onion, Puglia imported Tomato sauce, fresh basil/ Meatballs are made with ground pork, Angus Certified ground beef, carrots, celery, onions, white wine, basil, Puglia imported sauce, Grana Padano cheese, and Mozzarella

Pasta/Entrees:

Braciole Pasta -Thin sliced Braciole beef rolled up with garlic, basil, Parmigiano Reggiano, Italian parsley and herbs inside, slow cooked for over 6 hours in Puglia's house-made tomato sauce and poured over Rigatoni pasta

Octopus Ragu- Fresh octopi, fresh onion, fresh tomato, olive, parsley, black pepper EVOO* Olive oil poured over Rigatoni pasta
